Our steaks come from  Chairmen’s Reserve corn-fed Iowa beef selected only from the highest percentage of U.S.D.A. Choice and Prime. All of our steaks are aged 28 days and cut by hand daily.

    Marinated overnight in hard cider… then staggers to the grill. 8 oz. or 10 oz.

    Grilled and glazed with our signature sauce. 8 oz. or 10 oz.

  • Filet Mignon

    Love me tender. Petit 6 oz. or Thick cut 9 oz.

  • Porterhouse

    Have a Strip Steak… with a Filet for Dessert. 24 oz.

  • N.Y. Strip

    Rich and Flavorful. 14 oz.

  • Kansas City Strip

    Steak sauce marinated and topped with bleu cheese butter. 14 oz.

  • Ribeye

    The Steaklover’s Steak. Well-Marbled and Tender. 14 oz.

  • Prime Rib

    Slow-cooked and delicious. Served with natural au jus and horseradish cream sauce. Limited Daily Availability. 12 oz. or 16 oz.

  • Beef Wellington

    Pastry wrapped Filet Mignon with Mushroom Dexelle.

Each steak comes with our Steakhouse salad and choice of side.

Rare: cool red center; Medium Rare: warm red center; Medium: warm & pink; Medium Well: warm with brown/pink center; Well Done: hot with brown center – no pink
