What makes Prime Serious Steak unique?
Prime Serious Steak serves Iowa Premium corn‑fed Black Angus beef, raised on sustainable family farms where they also grow the cattle’s feed. All steaks are hand-cut daily and aged a minimum of 28 days to ensure optimal flavor and tenderness.
Do you take reservations?
No—seating is first-come, first-served. No reservations accepted.
Do you offer happy hour?
Yes—daily from 4 PM to 6 PM:
