SERIOUS STEAK
Our Iowa Premium corn-fed beef is all Certified Black Angus and raised on sustainable, small family farms who raise both the cattle and the corn to feed them. All of our steaks are aged a minimum of 28 days and cut by hand daily.
Each steak comes with our Steakhouse salad and choice of side.
Rare: cool red center; Medium Rare: warm red center; Medium: warm & pink; Medium Well: warm with brown/pink center; Well Done: hot with brown center – no pink
